Leadership Development
This series of workshops is developed on the premise that understanding oneself and self-leadership is critical to building effectiveness as a leader of teams and organizations. It is also based on the development of a competency based leadership plan. The program is comprised of three modules - the conscious leader, the leader of leaders and the leader of influence. Change Management and Learning
We believe that for organizations to experience sustainable change it is necessary for the individuals and teams within the organization to learn how to do things differently. This strong link between learning and change is explored in our Change Management and Learning Workshop.
The MBTI®, Coaching and Change
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is an inventory used to determine personality dispositions and preferences based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types. Carl Jung suggested that apparently random behaviour on an individual's part is really not random at all but has a pattern to it. Following an introduction to the MBTI theory, participants will explore their coaching styles and approaches to change management, and develop strategies to enhance their skills.
Coaching Windows™
Coaching has become of real interest to workplace learning professionals. While professionally certified coaches and formalized organizational coaching programs play an important role in an organization's learning strategy, informal ways of capitalizing on learning and coaching principles are attractive to individuals and organizations that may not be able to invest in formal programs.
This workshop introduces the idea of a Coaching Window™, a moment or series of events where there is a potential opportunity to shift the culture in an organization and enhance learning. This workshop will help people enhance their ability to recognize and optimize Coaching Windows™, thereby impacting organizational culture and effectiveness. They will develop skills to facilitate Coaching Windows™ in their organization or consulting practice.
