A multi-rater, multi-perspective, team skills inventory for virtual and other types of traditional and modern teams.

• Similar to 360-degree assessments, the VTSI draws on multiple perspectives to get a clear picture of a team's skills.
• The VTSI identifies strengths and weaknesses and provides qualitative reports that are easy to work with.
• The inventory identifies opportunities for team learning by identifying potential coaching partnerships.
• The VTSI looks at a team from within and from an external perspective to reduce the risk of skill blind spots.
• The inventory is based on many decades of experience working in virtual teams and is structured on the VASE model.
• The VTSI can be used with intergenerational and/or multicultural teams ... anywhere that requires clear and explicit communication.

Virtual Team Skills Workshop

We offer a complete orientation to the theoretical and practical considerations of the VTSI, including suggestions for how to use it with your clients. The workshop also includes suggestions for other activities and tools that could be used with virtual teams. The workshop can be delivered face to face or online.
