work, Dave has created an interactive and

| Keyboard Voices - An E-Book about Facilitating Online |

CSTD recently completed a survey of their
membership with the following findings:
Top 3 topics to help with personal challenges on
the job:
- Needs analysis/performance consulting
- Change management
- Online facilitation skills
Other popular topics include: coaching,
performance measurement, e-learning
implementation, intergenerational conflict and
work life balance.
Given the interest in online facilitation
skills, we thought it might be appropriate to
share a resource that was developed as part of
some work at Royal Roads University. Keyboard
Voices is a collection of reflections by many
online facilitators (many of whom are Muse
readers!) about their experiences.
